Introduction Of The Company

Yao Hua Furnace Hot Work Corporation ltd. lies in the beautiful seaside city, Qinhuangdao. It was found in May, 2001 and is the first professional and comprehensive service company for glass furnace in our country. We formerly belonged to Yao Hua Glass Group, Corp, China, and our company reformed to its present name in August, 2007.

　We have rich experience about furnace hot work and high-tech employees, and have business relationship with many glass factories both home and abroad. Our scope of business includes: Furnace heating up, furnace cooling by temperature adjustment, cullet feeding, hot state insulation, drain-off glass metal by means of cold quench, furnace repair by pyro-oxidation, renewal of check setting, inlet arch, and rider arch of regenerator, hot state renewal of front slop arch of port, renewal of suspended wall of neck, canal and lip block, partial repair of L type suspended wall, replacement of side wall, as well as handling varies of difficult problems. In addition to that, a variety of brick work processing is also available in our company.
　We emphasize on the research and application of new technologies and turning it into productive forces. At present, we have fully mastered technology on drain-off glass metal by means of cold quench, which have been used on three large-scale furnaces, and this technology was applied for patent in December, 2001.The computer monitoring system for hot air heating up of furnace is being perfected day by day, and the technique on furnace repair by pyro-oxidation is now in material testing stage.
